A year later, four of these tracks appeared on an EP, Donegan On State, which went on to become one of Lonnies most collectable artefacts, particularly sought-after by Joe Meek completists (Meek had engineered the Conway Hall concert recordings). On the EPs liner notes, Pye Records A&R chief Alan A.Freeman (erroneously) stated that the remaining tracks could not be released, as the audiences reaction at the concer |
